What it does
- Explains your services, durations, staff, locations and verified prices.
- Searches real availability in the customer's time zone, with your hours, breaks, buffers, lead time and capacity.
- Books single, multi-resource and group appointments, after the customer confirms.
- Reschedules or cancels only after checking identity, ownership and your policy.
- Manages waitlists and reminder preferences and explains your no-show policy.
What it never does
- Take card details or charge money; deposits go through your provider's hosted checkout.
- Book from a cached or guessed time slot: only live availability counts.
- Say a booking is confirmed when only a hold, a link or a request exists.
- Override your cancellation policy or show staff calendars.
