Connections

One place for every account your company connected, who may use it, and whether it's healthy.

A connection is one connected account of a provider, e.g. your company's HubSpot, with its credentials. Chatbots, agents and workflows never hold credentials themselves; they get to use a connection through a binding.

Who may use a connection

A connection can be bound to the whole workspace, one project, one environment, or a single agent, workflow or chatbot, each with its own set of permissions. At run time ORYVOX resolves which connection applies, and refuses by default when none does.

New connections are bound to the project you're in. Development and Production use their own connections: a test connection never reaches Production.

Health

Each connection shows its status and health, checked on a schedule: connected, needs attention, needs you to sign in again, or revoked by the provider (e.g. Slack uninstalled). Errors are explained in plain words with what to do. It also shows the permissions the provider really granted, compared with what the tools need.

Credentials

Keys, tokens and passwords are encrypted in the secrets vault, never shown again and never sent to an AI model. Sign-in connections (Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Slack) refresh their tokens automatically.

Before you disconnect

ORYVOX lists what depends on the connection (chatbots, agents, workflows and their tools) before you disconnect. A forced disconnect stops them at once.
