Prepare your domain in Resend
For mail from [email protected] to land in inboxes, not spam, the domain must be verified. You do this once.

resend.com → Domains → Add Domain, region EU (Ireland).
resend.com → Domains → Add Domain. A subdomain such as
mail.yourcompany.comis recommended, or justyourcompany.com. Region: EU (Ireland). - 02

Replies to noreply
A noreply@ address gets no replies. Set Reply-to address to e.g. [email protected] and customer replies go there.
Connect

Integrations → Resend → Connect.
Open Integrations, find Resend (search, or the Email category) and click Connect.

For each tool you choose when it runs. Agents only tools never reach the website chat.
