Email sending
Where confirmations to visitors and notes to your team are sent from: Gmail, Outlook, your own domain or your mail server.
Chatbots and automations send two kinds of email:
- To the visitor, e.g. "We got your enquiry" when someone leaves their details;
- To your team, e.g. "New enquiry: Ona, online shop".
