Team address
Notify the team emails go to the Team address for notifications. Without one, they go to the connected Gmail inbox itself.
Sending and reading
The chat only sends: a confirmation to the visitor and a note to your team. Searching and reading email is for agents and automations only. If you connected Gmail for sending only, click Sign in again to allow reading; Google asks for the extra permission.
