Get the keys
In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Choose an administrator or shop manager as the user and Permissions: Read; ORYVOX only reads products, stock and orders. Copy the Consumer key (ck_…) and Consumer secret (cs_…).
Connect

Integrations → WooCommerce → Connect.
Open Integrations, find WooCommerce (search, or the E-commerce category) and click Connect.

For each tool you choose when it runs. Agents only tools never reach the website chat.

Orders stay private
The chat finds an order only by its number together with the buyer's email. It never shows anyone else's order.
