Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Connect.
Open Integrations, find Microsoft Teams (search, or the Messaging category) and click Connect.

For each tool you choose when it runs. Agents only tools never reach the website chat.

Webhook address
In the Teams channel: ⋯ → Workflows → "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received". Paste the address you get into the field. Only Microsoft webhook addresses are accepted.
