Billing and Credits
Plans decide what you can build; Credits decide how much paid work can run. Trial, top-ups, spend limits and invoices.
You pay for two things: a plan, which decides what you can build, and Credits, which pay for AI and other paid work. Steps that cost nothing always run. Prices are on oryvox.ai/pricing and exclude VAT. Everything is in Billing.
Free trial
Your company gets a 14-day trial with 1,000 Credits, once. The banner at the top of every page shows the days and Credits left.
Plans
There are plans for individuals and for teams and companies, paid monthly or annually; cancel any time.
- Upgrade: new limits apply straight away, and you get the extra Credits for the rest of the period.
- Downgrade or cancel: takes effect at the end of the billing period. Nothing is refunded.
- Locked by your plan: on a smaller plan, extra chatbots, sources and so on are kept but inactive. Nothing is deleted. You choose what stays active.
A Personal workspace is just for you. To work with others, create an Organization workspace and invite your team; it has seats, and extra seats cost a set price a month. Everyone in an organization uses the same Credits.
Credits

Credits held by running steps show separately until those steps finish. Recent runs and History show what used them.
Auto top-up
On paid plans: when Credits fall below your threshold, a pack is bought with your saved card, up to a monthly cap you set. After repeated failed payments it pauses itself until you update your card.
Spend limits
Limit the whole company, a project or a workflow, per day, month or run. You're alerted at 50 %, 80 % and 100 %. A hard stop blocks further paid steps in that scope; warning only just tells you.
When Credits run out

You're notified at 20 %, 10 % and 0 % (emails at 10 % and 0 %). A forecast shows your daily pace and when Credits will run out, and suggests a cheaper plan if you're paying more than you need to.
Unusual usage
If Credits are used much faster than usual, paid actions pause until you confirm it was intended: It was intended – continue.
Failed payments
Everything keeps working for 7 days while the card is retried. Then paid actions pause. After 14 more days the company moves to Free. Your data is safe, and a successful payment restores everything at once.
Invoices
Set your company name, company code, VAT code and the invoice email under Invoice details. Every payment comes with an invoice with VAT where it applies.
