Sign-in and security
- Sign-in methods: Google, a 6-digit email code, and a password. Use several: if one doesn't work, sign in with another.
- Two-factor authentication: a code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator…) after your password. Scan the QR code, enter the 6-digit code, and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe; each works once and they aren't shown again. Your company can require it.
- Where you are signed in: every session with its device. Sign out of devices you don't recognise, or Sign out everywhere else.
