Social Studio

Social Studio is where Tia and your team work on social media. All times use the Studio's time zone unless marked otherwise.
Accounts
Connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional, LinkedIn Pages and eligible TikTok accounts in Connections. Platforms shows what each one supports.
Drafts
Tia drafts posts in your brand voice, with a variant per platform: text, hashtags, visibility, media, alt text and disclosures (paid partnership, AI-generated content). The preview shows the post as each platform will. Checks flag missing alt text, captions or disclosures before you can approve.
Media must be in the media library with its usage rights recorded first.
Approvals
Every post needs approval of its exact content: account, text, media, tags, links, disclosures, environment and version. Change anything and it needs approval again. Approvals expire after the time you set. The person who requested a post can't approve it unless your workspace allows self-approval. You need social.approve to decide.
Calendar
Scheduled, planned (not yet approved) and published posts on a calendar. Drag an approved post to another day to move it. A scheduled post isn't published until the provider confirms it; each post shows its provider status and permalink.
Community
Comments and mentions. Tia drafts replies for you and flags crises, impersonation, privacy issues and sensitive claims.
Analytics
Organic results per platform, from the platforms' own insights. Numbers aren't comparable across platforms.
Crisis
Pause all scheduled posts stops everything at once, with a required reason shared with the incident owner.
Settings
Time zone, how long approvals stay valid, reviewers, and your brand voice: Tia uses it for every draft, and approved claims are the only claims it may make without new proof. Only people who can approve posts can change settings.
