Development and Production, publishing a version, and rolling back in one click.
Draft, Development and Production
Changes to behaviour, instructions, knowledge settings, tools, security and appearance are saved to the draft first; the top of the page shows how many are unpublished. Visitors keep talking to the published version until you publish.

Publish

Playground and test cases on the draft.
Try the draft in the Playground and run your test cases.

A Production deploy is blocked while any knowledge source marked Required isn't ready. Deploys show what changed in knowledge: sources changed, added and removed.
Roll back
Every publish is a version. Open Versions, pick an earlier one and Restore it: it becomes the draft, and you publish it. If something got worse, you're back in one click.
Pause
Switch Chatbot is on off and the widget no longer shows on its websites. Knowledge, settings and conversations stay; switch it back on any time.
