Leads
The people your chatbots talked to who left their details, with what they need and how likely they are to buy.
When a visitor shares their details or asks for an offer, a call or to be contacted, the chatbot creates a lead. Leads live in Enquiries in the sidebar (the Leads view of Conversations), and each chatbot has its own filtered Leads section.

The same person is never saved twice. Test leads from the Playground are kept apart and don't count.
