Organizations
Run several companies, or clients, from one ORYVOX account, each with its own team, chatbots and billing.
An organization is one company in ORYVOX. It has its own team, websites, chatbots, integrations, agents, Credits and invoices. Nothing is shared between organizations.
Switch organization
Click the organization name at the top of the left menu. The list shows each organization with its number of websites; search it, or press ⇧⌘0 for all of them.
Create one
All organizations → Create organization, or Create organization in the switcher. Give it a name and a logo. You become its owner.
The organization overview
Each organization has an overview page with shortcuts to:
- Billing: plan, Credits and invoices;
- Team: members and roles;
- API keys;
- AI assistants: how many chatbots are active;
- Organization settings: name, logo, currency, contact email.
Move a chatbot
A chatbot can move to another organization you manage, e.g. from your personal workspace to your company's. Open the chatbot's Settings → Workspace → Move to another workspace.
