Testing

Talk to your chatbot as a visitor, see exactly what it does, and check it with saved scenarios before customers do.

Playground

Open Testing → Playground and write the way your visitors would. You can pretend to be on a specific page (address and title) or be a signed-in customer.

While it works you see what it really does: reading the question, which sources it reads, which tools it calls and how long each step took. Under each answer are the sources it used. Answers can come with interactive parts: free times, buttons, products, a comparison, a form, a confirmation or a handoff.

Tools work here too: if you ask it to book a meeting, the meeting is booked in your calendar. Playground conversations are marked as tests and kept out of your analytics and leads.

The Playground talks to the draft: your unpublished changes. Visitors keep talking to the published version.

Test cases

Save the questions that matter as test cases, with what you expect in the answer. Run them all before each publish to see what passed and what changed. Test runs are limited per hour.

Inspector

The inspector shows one answer in detail: the instruction it ran with, the passages it retrieved, the tool calls with their inputs and outputs, the model ORYVOX chose, the tokens and the cost.

Try it on your website

Start a test conversation opens the real widget on the installation page with everything it knows now. The Development preview does the same with your Development version.
